Now more than ever people are looking to reduce their monthly expenses. When I graduated college I had a lot of debt. Not to mention that I was soon married and has the debt of my newlywed wife hanging over our heads.
I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to cover our monthly expenses and that I’d soon be moving back in with my parents. The good news however is that I discovered loan consolidation. Student loan consolidation is a great way to lower your monthly expense while simplifying the loan repayment process.
Essentially what I did was to speak to my primary lender and learn about their loan consolidation process. Quickly and easily they converted my three loans into a single loan with one low monthly payment. The life of my loan was extended by a few years, but for me, the lower monthly payment was much more important.
At the end of the process, I was able to reduce my monthly expense and simplify the process of repayment simply by consolidating my three loans into one. Truthfully it was a pretty painless process. My advice to you is to learn more about student loan consolidation and see if it’s an option for you.
